It can be seen as a symbol of peace built slowly through the accumulation of time. In a world still marked by division and conflict, this work was created as a quiet reflection on peace. Heartbeat, breathing, walking, dance— the human body constantly carries its own rhythm. The lines across the surface are not rigid structures but traces that emerge from bodily movement. As they overlap and intersect, they form an organic rhythm on the canvas. The subtle rhythms generated inside the body (microcosm) expand outward and resonate with the larger order of the world (macrocosm). While plants extend branches and leaves above the ground, beneath the soil their roots spread in complex interwoven networks.
These unseen connections quietly sustain life and link the world together. The lines across the surface intertwine like roots expanding underground, forming organic relationships. The lines layered over the fields of color resemble traces of thought and emotion, while also marking moments of experimentation on the surface.
